Install Missing Fonts After Import

If the webpage uses web fonts that are not installed on your computer, you will be prompted about missing fonts after import. The dialog box that opens will provide download links for these missing fonts. You can also choose to download and install these fonts. If you import the same page again (if you import the same recorded page, it won’t deduct credits again), you will see the exact same effect as the original webpage.

Install These Locally Missing Fonts

When To Install Missing Fonts

In most cases, you don’t need to install these locally missing fonts, but you may need to install them in the following two situations:

  1. If you want to add a certain font style from the webpage to your design.
  2. If you find that some icons are missing on the imported page, it may be because these icons come from web fonts that are not installed locally.

How To Install Fonts

Click Download missing fonts to download all fonts from the current page. Then, click the Install them link that follows to open Figma’s official font installation tutorial and install these fonts according to the tutorial instructions.
